Ecotone
The ECOTONE company begins in 1993, but the founders gain ornithological experience much earlier. The production of the Mist nets for own research purposes and the growing position, initially on the domestic market and then in Europe, led to the creation of production. From the very beginning, the company has been carrying out orders from scientific institutions and cooperating with foreign partners. In this way, since the 90s, we offer, apart from our own products, products of such global brands as PESOLA, KOWA and SHERMAN. The beginning of the new millennium is for us the rapid development of the company and new markets and products in our offer. That's when we start selling products for biology didactics (microscopes, models) and chiropterological research. This contributes to the introduction of new types of an Ecotone Mist nest (monofilament) meshes, and thus to the rapid development of the production process.

Netting called ‘Hair’ or ‘Puppy Net’ is made from special chain-like thread which makes it soft and elastic. Thanks to this features shelves are not loose and less visible in habitat, the bat or bird tangle easily and can’t run away from the net.
High quality and efficiency of our mist nets are result of over 25 years of experience. They are continuously tested in various, often very hard conditions. We used them in every latitude, from Arctic to tropical forests and deserts… ECOTONE mist nets are made from high-quality nylon or polyester netting from Japan. For the nets series 2000 we use fine quality netting made in Poland.
